Here are some of the frequently asked questions. If you have any other questions or
would like further information please feel free to
contact me.
What do you charge for dog walking?
It's £10 for 1 dog for 1 hour. There will be a discount for each additional dog from the
same household.
How long does each walk last?
Usually each walk lasts 1 hour (not including pick-up and drop-off time).
But for older dog or puppy I can offer also 30 min walk.
Do you allow dogs off the lead?
Yes, with your written consent. Most of our walks are in the countryside or in the park so there
is definitely no town traffic to contend with. If you are concerned about your dog’s ability to
obey a recall, I am also able to use on an extended lead (10 metres) which allows them to
exercise in safety.
How many dogs do you walk at a time?
I walk a maximum of four dogs on each walk. This ensures they have my full attention
and remain safe. If you would prefer your dog walked on its own, I also offer solo walks.
Do you walk or board bitches in heat?
I am unable to group walk or board bitches in heat. I am able to offer a 30 minute solo
walk for her where your dog is street walked on lead in your neighbourhood.
Are you insured?
Yes (see our terms and conditions), and it is preferred that you also have your own pet insurance.
My dog is not friendly with other dogs or people and he has to wear a muzzle. Can you still walk him?
I usually do group walks but in this case I can offer you solo walk. I will walk only
your dog on lead.1 hour for £12.
How do I make arrangements to board my dog?
To book a home boarding or day care please send send us a quick enquiry here.
Write what services you are interested in, breed of the dog and the desired dates. We will shortly
get back to you if the dates are available. If you want to continue with booking then we will send
you a booking form to fill your dog details in. Once you are ready you should bring it back to us
together with the 25% deposit which is non-refundable but will be applied to your total bill at
the end of your dog’s stay.
Be aware that for major holidays, it is best to book several months in advance! Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
Yes. During your dog’s day care or home boarding it will be in contact with our resident dog and
eventually other dogs. This is why your dog must be up to date with all its annual vaccinations and
copies provided. Your dog must also be wormed and flea treated before being placed with us. It is your
responsibility to ensure your pet is free of fleas.
When do I have to pay the fees?
For Home Boarding we ask for a 25% deposit when you make your booking and the remaining fee is
payable on the day you leave your dog.
If I cancel my booking will I lose my deposit?
We request a 25% deposit on all bookings which is NON-REFUNDABLE if a booking
is cancelled 14 days or less prior to boarding.
What should I bring when I drop off my dog to board?
